What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

RTT is a powerful therapeutic approach that blends the best of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy. It helps identify and transform subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back — often in just one to three sessions.

Do I need to be “under hypnosis” for RTT to work?

RTT uses a relaxed, focused state similar to meditation. You are fully aware, in control, and able to communicate the whole time. It simply allows you to access your subconscious mind more easily, where lasting transformation can begin.

Can RTT really work online?

Yes. Online RTT sessions via Zoom or Google Meet are just as effective as in-person sessions. In fact, many clients find that being in the comfort of their own home helps them relax more deeply and engage more fully with the process.

How many sessions will I need and how long are the sessions?

Many people experience a noticeable shift after just one session, while others may benefit from up to three, depending on the nature of the issue. RTT sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. We will begin with an initial phone consultation before scheduling the session. Following our session, you will receive a personalized recording that you are advised to listen to for a minimum of 21 days. This amplifies the transformative effects. We'll discuss the recommended number of sessions during your free consultation.
